A video distribution solutions provider in the traffic monitoring/security business. We worked with this start-up to develop their initial business plan, staff the organization, and provide strategic direction in a fast evolving industry that has changed dramatically since the events of 9-11.
A foreign yellow page operation seeking to expand their business. This client is seeking support and funding for expansion of their business into additional markets. We are working with them on finding the optimal strategic partners and developing the business case to support their new efforts.
An exporter of juice and juice concentrate products. This firm was seeking new partners in foreign markets. We established their relationship with key operations near their intended markets.
A marketer of golf devices. We worked with this start-up to help them bring a new product to market, promote it, and develop/implement a guerilla marketing effort.
