Robert A. Gross, has been appointed Vice President & Controller at R.H. Donnelley. Bob has been VP for Finance at RHD since September, 2004. Gross previously served as Vice President - Finance at R.H. Donnelley since September 2004. Prior to the Company's acquisition of SBC Communications Inc.'s directory publishing business in Illinois and Northwest Indiana in September 2004, Gross had served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the DonTech II partnership, the Company's 50/50 perpetual partnership with SBC since December 1997. Gross joined DonTech in October 1992 as Manager of Budgets and Strategic Planning and was appointed Controller of DonTech in March 1993. Prior to joining DonTech, Gross held various roles of increasing responsibility at G.R.I. Corporation and Continental Bank. Prior to that, Gross worked in audit for Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young).

Kathy Moore has been appointed vice president and CFO at Innovectra Corporation, a leading local search software and service provider in the Yellow Pages, catalog and newspaper industries. Ms. Moore will assume responsibility for driving the company's accounting management, corporate governance and strategic finance initiatives Ms. Moore brings many years of finance experience to Innovectra. Prior to joining the company, she served as vice president of finance at Net2000 Communications based in Northern Virginia and before that she held senior management positions in finance at Qwest Communications and MCI.

David Dague has been appointed vice president, marketing at Innovectra Corporation. Mr. Dague will develop and manage all strategic marketing initiatives including product marketing, pricing, corporate marketing and usage development marketing-aimed at increasing value for publishers through targeted end-user awareness and usage programs. Mr. Dague brings over 20 years of communications and directory marketing experience, most recently as vice president of marketing for Tachyon Networks, a satellite-based broadband carrier. Prior to that, he held senior marketing management positions with companies including Bell Atlantic Information Services and American Management Systems.

Isaiah (Ike) Harris, who was been named president-BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Group succeeding Elmer Smith, who is retiring March 31, has also been elected to the Yellow Pages Association Board of Directors. As president of the Advertising & Publishing Group, Ike Harris will have responsibility for BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corp., The Berry Company, Stevens Graphics and IntelliVentures, the Internet company that produces RealPages.com.

Jerry Weaver, has been named ALLTEL President to replace retiring President Ken Beach. Weaver is the former VP of ALLTEL's Wireless Business Solutions Group and VP/General Manager of ALLTEL's Raleigh, NC market. Weaver will be based at ALLTEL Publishing's main offices in Hudson, OH.
